Whats in Your Food?

Today was a learning day a part of the process to tell us how horrible our food is and that we will possibly die form what we eat. On the bright side we learned the best type of meat to eat was fish which I eat plenty of. On the lower side we also learned that things like red meat can lead to the rising risk of diabetes and that people who don't eat meat generally live a healthier lifestyle and my dad owns a whole barbeque restaurant so that is mainly what I eat. I relearned what I already knew about process meats, but what I didn't know was how much the meat industry contributes to climate change. Overall it was a great presentation form the Spring Hill kids Mary, Jacob, and Britney.
