This was presented by Spring Hill College students named Ryan, Kallie, and Elise. They told us about physical activities role in preventing obesity. They demonstrated how physical activity leads to better health, for example chances of cardiovascular diseases are lessen with higher physical activity. Keeping up with physical activity will also prove to make you happier in life. The most interesting thing we learned was how social media leads to inactivity. This idea was understood but foreign to me as I usually exercise while looking at social media. The Spring Hill College students were fun people to talk to and really relatable so I had a good time.
