On Friday, March 26, the class was visited by Dr. Hill, a general dentist who diagnoses and treats overall oral needs. She has been a Dentist for 20 years but had a long path to get; there first attended Birmingham Southern as an undergrad, where she majored in biology—then accepted into Dental School at the University of Alabama. Then after another four years, she became a general dentist. Three years after being official, she bought her practice. We didn't get engaging stories about being a dentist or the path to get there, but in the end, she showed the example of the proper medical path without too many humps in the road and could serve as a guiding point for other people's students.
